Maleene de Ridder took her A-levels in the UK and earned her Masters degree at the Amsterdam Free University (Health Sciences with a minor in Organizational Sciences). After graduation she participated in several training courses focused on communication skills, OD, change-processes and project management. She is a professionally trained consultant and a Hudson Institute (Santa Barbara, CA) certified coach. Additionaly she has trained as a Career Transition Coach.
