Succesful teams not only perform well on 'the what', they also prevail on 'the how', the way they cooperate and relate. Succes is ensured when they go hand in hand. A well-functioning team does not arise by accident. It requires hard work to become one. This process starts with commitment. From all team members, as well from the organization.
